Are you Thriving or Surviving?

Today, we have come to understand the importance of a mindfulness practice. To re-configure a world whose been trained to envision far beyond the trees. It’s been ingrained in our minds since we were young “what do you want to do when you grow up? What do you want to be? How many of you were told you were crazy or that your dream was unrealistic. How many of you have changed your mind multiple times since you were a kid?

For most living in the moment meant you were slacking, unmotivated, dialed out from daily life. Sustainability, Financial security, and competition was engraved in our minds due to the fear you and I wouldn’t be able to survive on our own. And now here we are realizing the importance of sustainability on another level.

You all know how to survive and make money, but what most have lost is how to feel and experience joy and happiness in our daily lives. The idea of clearing the mind with repetitive breathe and intention to regain focus, clarity, and a new found connection to our souls purpose is captivating. The need to find peace, love, and acceptance for the moment is prevalent as you move forward. Could it be the energy is no longer propelling us to survive and instead offering us a magnificent awareness about how to Thrive? 💫

Live in the Now. What does that mean to you? Sit with this idea for a couple of minutes. Breathe into your body and feel if there is restrictions, discomfort, or freedom. 🌸

What does the now feel like to you?
What do you enjoy about the now? 
What would you like to change? How will you make this happen?
How will you shift your perspective to work for you rather than against you? Can you see the situation from a higher point of view? 
How can you move forward with the idea that your life is your choice and however you choose to live it has to sit well with you. No one else.

In 2019, Give yourself permission to trust yourself. Trust your instincts. Connect to your soul and heal your heart. Take leaps of faith while knowing all will be well.  It’s your time. It’s your life. It’s your dream.
